LaShawn Robertson
President
LaShawn Robertson is the Executive Director of LRTC Training Center, and serves as the board president. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Paul Quinn College, an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and a certificate in Early Childcare Administration. LaShawn brings over 15 years servicing clients in customer service. She has over 25 years in the insurance industry and currently working with Transamerica Life Insurance company, along with various life insurance companies as an independent insurance agent. LaShawn has over five years' experience working in human resources as a Benefits Specialist, HR Generalist and HR Coordinator. She currently serves on the board for a private sector company called Blessed Wedding Bells.

Gloria Francis
Vice President and Treasurer
Gloria Francis is the Business Development Manager for LRTC Training Center. She has an extensive array of business experience in the Transportation, Oil & Gas and Banking industry. Gloria earned a Master's Degree in Business with a concentration in Strategic Leadership and an Undergraduate Degree in Business Management. She has over a decade of experience in accounting and business administration while mastering strategic management.

Phyllis Luster
Board Member
Phyllis Luster served in the United States Army for three years with a MOS as an accounting specialist. She was employed at U.T. Southwestern Health Systems for over 19 years working in various departments, such as accounting and insurance. She retired as owner of Rainbow Freight Trucking Company, which serviced the southern states of Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana and Arkansas. For 15 years she was the dispatcher and handled all office administration. Still an entrepreneur, she now owns Polk-Terrace Real Estate Company, which is a collection of rental properties. Phyllis studied at Kennedy-King College in Chicago, Illinois with general studies.

Mariana Marini
Board Member
Mariana has a degree in Dentistry by a top-notch Brazilian University, several Human Resources certifications, and an MBA degree. She considers herself a lifelong learner and an advocate of skill development as a means of achieving growth and success. Her career has been diversified, ranging from roles in the healthcare industry to staffing and Human Resources.
In the last 15 years, Mariana focused in leading Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions in the airline industry. She is thrilled to join as a board member of LRTC to help advance the organization’s mission.
